The space
Ground floor apartment in the beautiful Costa Arenal complex 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach of Arenal d'en Castell. The 50 square meters of the apartment are arranged in two rooms (one with two single beds 180 cm in length and the other with a double bed 200 cm long * 160cm wide), living room and kitchen, a bathroom and a garden.

The apartment is frequently used by the owners and that shows in the small details. It is very well equipped and consists of combi refrigerator, washing machine, ceramic hob with 2 cooking areas, electric cooking iron, microwave, toaster, 1 coffee maker(compatible with Nespresso and Dolce gusto capsules), iron and ironing board, TV, WiFi, table and 4 garden chairs, It also has bedding, towels for the shower and per person.
The reception on arrival is autonomous since next to the entrance door there is a lockbox to store the key to the apartment. The opening combination is provided before arrival.

The apartment is located in a beautiful private complex full of very well cared for gardens where you can make use of them sunbathing, play with your children or have an aperitif quietly with your family and two very clean pools one of them for children.
