Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, up to 6 guests. Fast secure Wi-Fi, 3 mins drive to the village with a shop and bakery, and 8 mins to a larger town with weekly market and chateau. Private pool, lots of outdoor space with table tennis, badminton and petanque areas. Family friendly, outdoor covered dining area, outdoor lounge furniture, sunbeds and parasols around the pool. Lots of activities and beautiful villages to visit in the local area.

The space
This is a newly renovated gite (Open July 2024) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The downstairs bedroom can be a twin room (90cm beds) or a super king bed (180cm). The upstairs larger bedroom is fixed as a king bed (150cm). The second upstairs bedroom is a twin (80cm beds) or a king (160cm) bed.

Both bathrooms, 1 upstairs & 1 downstairs, have large walk-in showers with a large shower head and a handheld shower head. There is shelf and drawer space for your personal items. Each shower has shower gel and shampoo provided.

The downstairs is open plan with kitchen, dining and living spaces. There is a secure mesh system Wifi throughout the property.

The stunning white fully fitted kitchen, hopefully has everything required for your stay.

The living space has 2 three seater comfy leather sofas with cushions facing a large tv on the wall with English and French free to view channels.

The dining table has seating for 6.

There are insect blinds on the windows so windows can be opened and mosquitos etc are prevented.

The bedrooms and living space have portable fans.

Outside there is a dining terrace with a wind out blind to create shade if required. Also there is an area with lounge furniture with a large parasol looking on the garden and pool.

There is parking for up to 3 cars.

The private pool is 1.05m deep throughout, 7.3m long and 3.65m wide. It is not suitable for diving into. There are roman steps for entry at the gite end. Around the pool there are 6 sunbeds with 2 large parasols available.

There is around 1 acre of exclusive garden for the gite guests.

Guest access
You have exclusive use of the gite called Les Oliviers, its outside garden, pool, table tennis, badminton and petanque area, with parking for up to 3 cars.

There is another gite next door with its own private space. No areas are shared.
