Furnished 3* tourist accommodation, this authentic little village house with a "country house" spirit dates from the 19th century. Covered with Virginia creeper, completely restored, it is located in a village of the Villé Valley, in front of an old sandstone fountain (erected in 1728), hence its name "La Maison A la Vieille Fontaine".
Located between Colmar (35 km) and Strasbourg (50 km) and 10 km from the Wine Route, in the center of Alsace, it allows you to travel from the North to the South of Alsace.
The space
The house has been completely renovated with a concern for authenticity and in the Alsatian spirit, such as door and window lintels in Vosges sandstone, Alsatian flat tiles, small latticed windows, ceilings and wooden beams.
We also took special care to decorate the rooms and favored wood, natural materials and colors, all bringing a "country house" spirit.
It can accommodate up to 6 people (90 m² on 2 levels):
On the ground floor:
A bright living room with 3-seat sofa, armchair, satellite TV and a dining area for 6 people;
A small equipped kitchen with direct access to the dining area and living room;
One bedroom with double bed 190 x 140 cm;
A bathroom with shower, sink, heated towel rail and combined washer/dryer;
Separate toilet.
Upstairs:
A bedroom with 2 single beds 190 x 90 cm;
A bedroom with a double bed 190 x 140 cm and magnificent views of the neighboring villages, the Vosges and the vineyard;
A relaxation area: reading, board games and toys for the little ones.
Outside, in front of the house, you will find a small furnished terrace and a second larger terrace in front of the house. It enjoys a beautiful view of the Valley and the Vosges mountains. The alley is flowery and quiet, 200 meters from the forest, very little traffic.
Ideal for hiking and nature lovers: many trails marked by the Vosges Club crisscross the valley and its Vosges hills.
Guest access
The semi-detached house is entirely available to tenants, as are the 2 terraces.
Private parking (possibility for 2 vehicles) in front of the house.

A few details about the rental:
- Linens are provided, beds will be ready upon your arrival,
- The "end of stay cleaning" fee is included,
- Parking is also provided for 1 or 2 vehicles,
- Check-in at 4:00 p.m. departure by 10:00 a.m.
- Please bring your own towels, they are not provided.
