Thank you for your review, Joe! We apologize about the noise, it is something that is beyond our control given our location in Downtown Savannah. As for the two stars itself, your private feedback regarding communication and information that we provided prior to your stay seems unfair. When you booked with us, we sent a thorough and detailed welcome message outlining most of the information you needed in regards to the address of our condos, accessing it, the specific unit you booked, and more. Then a day prior to your actual arrival, we sent the codes to access the building and unit. Everything you needed to know was readily available. I do apologize for being out of reach when you arrived and for that, I am sorry. Even so, a two-star review is very damaging to us especially since I'd told your correspondent over the phone that all of the information you were asking for was already provided. Thank you, though, for staying with us and we will strive to improve ourselves for our future guests!
