Just 1.2 miles off Main Street, this fully-furnished bungalow home is in the Historic Overbrook District of Greenville. A short walk to grocery stores, breweries, and restaurants, you’ll be close to the city’s vibrant downtown while also having the serenity of your own space and quiet neighborhood. Steps away from the newest extension of the Swamp Rabbit Trail, you can enjoy a 22+ mile multi-use greenway that traverses along the Reedy River and connects the city from end to end and beyond.

The space
With an inviting travel-inspired decor, the entryway takes you into the living room with two comfortable sofas for you to relax and make yourself at home. You will find a 55” smart TV with bluetooth surround sound for sports, cable, movies, etc. One of the sofas pulls out into a twin bed, for additional guest accommodations.

Off the living room you’ll find a quaint office with vaulted ceilings and filled with windows for the perfect “work-from-home” set up. There is also a futon couch which can be turned into an XL twin bed.

The large double slider window in the dining room fills the room with filtered natural lighting - a great place to sit and watch dozens of birds visit the feeder each day. The table features a built-in leaf for additional seating.

White quartz countertops compliment the vibrant cabinets and round out the fully equipped kitchen which includes utensils, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, a crockpot, mugs, and a coffee maker. The double-oven and gas range create a foodie’s ideal workstation and the dishwasher makes clean-up a breeze.

The house is equipped with 1.5 baths. The main bathroom features strong pressure, steaming-hot water, and a built-in bluetooth speaker for a luxurious spa-like experience. Basic shower necessities are provided to help you instantly feel at home.

Both bedrooms feature queen beds with cozy sheets and comforters. Both rooms also feature dressers, closets, and windows that provide a lot of natural light. One bedroom also has a smart TV for late night movie watching or catching the end of a game before bed.

The laundry room has a stacked front loading washer and dryer and a sliding door that leads you right into the backyard oasis.

The outdoor space is a dream. It has a front yard with large privacy trees and a driveway that can fit 4+ cars. The backyard is spacious and fenced-in with a large patio featuring a pergola structure and swing, as well as a dining table and some green space. Try your green-thumb in the raised garden bed if you’re feeling ambitious. The rental also includes 2 beach cruiser bikes that are the perfect transportation to get downtown via the pedestrian-only Swamp Rabbit Trail.

The house will be equipped with local tips from the owners on fun things to do and must-see while in Greenville. The landlords live 15-minutes away so if any issues arise, they will be dealt with very quickly. This is a non-smoking property.
