This was my second time renting one of Chris' properties. She's always a great communicator. Everything is as advertised and fantastic. I recommend both of her properties

Chris' place was absolutely perfect. I loved my time in her flat. It is perfectly located and Chris truly couldn't have been a more lovely or accommodating host. The flat was well stocked with everything needed to live comfortably. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful time staying in Chris' apartment! Chris was a wonderful host and answered all questions quickly and kindly. We loved the location in the historic Houston Heights - we were just a couple of blocks from shopping and restaurants and a very short drive to Downtown and other areas for sightseeing and dining. The apartment was spacious and we particularly loved the full kitchen - perfect for extended stays. The place was very clean and well-stocked and we felt at home. Thank you Chris for being such a wonderful host!

Chris' place is lovely, and she is a wonderful host! The apartment itself is so cozy and has everything you need for a trip away from home... really a beautiful place with plenty of room to stretch out. Chris is entirely accommodating - quick replies to my inquiries, incredibly accommodating... Chris has truly gone out of her way to make my experience a good one. In fact, I re-booked with Chris when I realized I would be staying in the area longer. Book with confidence!

Chris was very accommodating and responsive throughout my stay, she greeted me when I arrived and gave me a tour of her beautiful place. This apartment is in a great neighborhood with access to restaurants and bars in the area and only a short distance to Downtown, Midtown and Montrose. Great apartment with everything you could need included. Would definitely stay here again and recommend others to do so.

This was such a great space and Chris was more than accommodating. We needed a space to just land and get our feet on the ground while we looked for a permanent residence and this wonderful space was just what we (URL HIDDEN) was clean, peaceful, homey, well furnished with all the amenities and just a great place to relax and come "home" to...we couldn't have had a better experience. I would definitely recommend this "RAD" space to anyone wanting to experience what the Houston Heights is ALL about...small town feeling with Big City things to do...the best of both worlds...and the host is nice and friendly...you couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

I'm from California (Bay Area & LA) but originally from Canada. I work in technology, love to cook, listen to all kinds of music, dance a lot, ski and jump on planes as much as I can. I have a spirited standard poodle puppy, Margo, who lives with me. I love my neighborhood because of the charming old houses and the fact that we ride around on one speed cruisers.
