About this listing
New open concept apartment atop double garage with private alley-entrance. Queen bed plus single daybed. Full kitchen with granite counters, dishwasher, full size range & oven, pebble floor shower & washer/dryer. Lots of light & personality including large scale original art.
1 block east of Heights Blvd and 3 blocks from 19th St shopping and some of Houston's best dining options. 2 driveway parking spots available. WIFI + smart TV but no cable.
YOU: appreciate independent coffee shops (walk to: #1 Boomtown, Antidote, EQ or Morningstar), want to run by all the sculpture on Heights Blvd (one block), dream of cycling a one speed with orange lights at dusk, indulge in gelato (Dolce Neva, Gelazzi) or pop cycles (Steel City Pops) because you went to Ride to spin this morning, and have heard whispers of 8 Row Flynt's bourbon & brussel sprout tacos. Someday you might even check out Heights Opera (2 blocks away).
Entire apartment is your's to enjoy. Easiest access is through the double garage and into your private doorway, up the stairs.

I'm from California (Bay Area & LA) but originally from Canada. I work in technology, love to cook, listen to all kinds of music, dance a lot, ski and jump on planes as much as I can. I have a spirited standard poodle puppy, Margo, who lives with me. I love my neighborhood because of the charming old houses and the fact that we ride around on one speed cruisers.
