Hey there! Reid here. I'm a researcher at Amazon, volunteer ski patroller at Crystal Mountain, and run a couple Airbnbs on the side. I look forward to hosting you! Love food, live music, and outdoor adventures - so don't hesitate to ask for local recommendations!

House Rules

Additional Rules

Please do make yourself at home, but respect the space as it's newly remodeled. Refrain from raging parties or smoking indoors and strive to leave the space tidy upon departure. Please also respect that other tenants may be living downstairs and try not to be too loud late in the evening or during weeknights. When cooking, please try to keep food from burning and always turn on the hood fan. Consider opening a window if you expect to produce a lot of smoke/steam (to prevent smoke detectors from going off - if they do go off, just fan the smoke detector in the living room). Please also shower with the bathroom door closed so steam does not set off the detectors.
