This small cozy apartment is located in a quiet area of the 5th arrondissement of Paris. It has a bedroom with views of the Eiffel Tower and you can even see La Défense. The living room with its ultra-comfortable sofa bed also has a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower. From the kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso, microwave, you can admire the Val de Grace church.

The space
On the landing on the side of the apartment there are no other neighbors, it is quiet. The living room has a quality sofa bed, TV and books, table and 2 windows that offer a beautiful view over the rooftops with the Eiffel Tower, Montparnasse Tower, La Défense in the background (neighboring buildings quite far away so not overlooked). The kitchen is open to the living room and there is a view of the magnificent church of Val de Grâce. In the hallway, a toilet with a skylight. In the bathroom, a window overlooking the inner courtyard and a recently manufactured walk-in shower, towel radiator. (laundry just downstairs from the building) The bedroom has an ultra comfortable bed and just like the living room, a clear view of Paris
