We had a great stay at Nicolas apartment. It is kept very clean and the place is nice and quiet with easy metro access in the square. Nicola is a very helpful with knowledge of rome. Overall a great stay.

Check in was good Nicola was flexible on time as we were later than expected due to delays in airport. Location is good nice shops in area. Nicola had some leaflets for us but no useful information in them. He did tell us about local restaurants but a map of these and area would have been very useful. Room is on ground floor not first as in description which means cannot open window much for security reasons. We were so hot at night in the room no air did ask for fan but had no response from request. Large wardrobe in room but no clothes rail or hangers so had to drape clothes over chairs that were in the wardrobe - no iron so couldn't iron either. No cover on duvet. One pillow on each bed no others available so had to use cushion from sofa bed. No mirror in room only bathroom, no bin in room only in kitchen. We did ask for fan, bin and mat for bathroom on second day, had no response but when we got back there was a mat in bathroom and wardrobe in our room had been opened. No lock on our room door so felt our items were very insecure. There was a safe in room but we were not given key despite asking for one. 2 days we had to shower with cold water. Lead hanging down into bath from boiler above had come out but that should be secured snd was very dangerous and i would advise should be looked at. We did not use the kitchen so can't comment. Overall area was good and was easily accessible to centre by transport or walking but facilities were poor and would not stay there again,
