Newly remodeled upper floor unit. This modern cozy unit is located in a quiet neighborhood. Comes with brand new appliances: full-sized gas stove, stainless steel fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. Comfortable thick memory foam queen-size mattress with room-darkening curtain with individual A/C unit per room and in-unit washer/dryer. The unit is conveniently located to many nearby hospitals, Caltech, JPL, Rose Bowl and easy access to Hwy 210 and downtown LA / Hollywood.

This is a gated property and the unit is located in the 2nd floor of the house. Covered parking is available in the back of the property.

Guest can access the unit via stairs from front or back of the house.

There are 3 separate units in the house and this is the only unit in the 2nd floor. The other 2 units are located in the 1st floor.

My family and I have lived in Portland for the last 10 years and we love it here! I have lived and travel in different countries and cities, and so far, Portland is my favorite city. In my leisure time, I enjoyed playing a tennis game with my daughter or going for a hike around the city. When I have time, I like to go to nearby Mt. Hood for skiing or just drive to the beach.
