Charming Studio for rent in the heart of Paris of 33 m2 refurbished with south facing balcony.

With its ideal location 7 minutes' walk from the Champs de Mars (fan zone of the Olympics) and the Eiffel Tower, you will enjoy a bright apartment, quiet but in a lively and commercial area. Close to several metro stations (line 6, 8, and 10).

The space
This fully equipped and air-conditioned studio consists of a large living room with an upscale (new) sofa bed and an open kitchen.
You will be able to benefit from an efficient TV and Wifi in a room decorated by my daughter. Numerous storage areas are at your disposal.

The kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, fridge with freezer, oven, and microwave. You can enjoy in peace an espresso coffee (machine) on the open kitchen bar or a glass of wine on the balcony.

The bathroom with bathtub is separate from the toilet. We'll provide you with bath towels and bed linen.
