Welcome to our spacious Airbnb retreat! With 4 bedrooms plus a loft featuring a sleeper sofa, this home comfortably accommodates guests with 2.5 baths. Enjoy outdoor fun with a fire pit, basketball goal, and a small hot tub. Perfect for families or groups, the house also offers a dedicated workspace. Take advantage of the community pool (open May–October). Experience comfort, convenience, and a prime Arizona location—your home away from home!

The space
BEDROOMS: (All bedrooms are prepared with fresh linens, and we professionally launder all bedding and comforters after each guest.)

Primary King Suite: Sink into luxury on a memory foam king mattress. Enjoy a private sitting area, a desk for work or reading, and a Roku-enabled smart TV. The en-suite bathroom features a relaxing soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, and double vanity sinks.

Queen Bedroom #1: A cozy retreat with a plush queen bed, comfortable reading chair, and Roku smart TV—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

Queen Bedroom #2: Peaceful and inviting, this room offers a soft queen bed, cozy reading chair, and a closet with built-in shelving to keep your stay organized.

Bunk Room: Ideal for kids or groups, this room includes two sets of bunk beds and a closet with shelving for extra storage.

Master Bathroom: Enjoy spa-like comfort in the en-suite master bath, featuring a deep soaking tub, a separate walk-in shower, double vanities, and plenty of counter space.

Upstairs Bathroom: Located across from the loft, this full bath includes double sinks and a combination tub and shower—great for shared use.

Half Bath (Downstairs): Conveniently located on the main floor, this bathroom includes a toilet and sink—perfect for quick access without going upstairs.

LIVING SPACES

Family Room: Spacious and inviting, with a large sectional sofa, Roku TV, and a game/puzzle table for quality time with friends and family. The game table is extendable to 8 spaces to make an additional table for dining.

Dining Room: Bright and comfortable, with a table that seats up to 8 guests.
Half Bath (Downstairs): A convenient guest powder room located on the main floor.

Loft Area: A versatile space with a sleeper sofa, Roku TV, and a dedicated workstation equipped with a monitor and HDMI cable—perfect for work or streaming.

KITCHEN AREA

Fully stocked for your convenience and creativity. Includes:
Keurig coffee maker (ground & pod combo)
Crock pot and air fryer (located in the island)
Plenty of cookware, utensils, and dishes for home-cooked meals

OUTDOOR AMENITIES

Step outside and enjoy a spacious backyard designed for both relaxation and fun—and it’s pet-friendly too! Gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings, soak your cares away in the small hot tub, or challenge friends to a game on the private basketball court. Dine al fresco at the outdoor table under warm string patio lighting, and fire up the grill for delicious backyard meals. This outdoor space has it all!

Guest access
Entire house is yours! There is a locked supply closet and no garage access.

Other things to note
Each TV is equipped with Roku and guest access—just set your check-out date and sign in to your favorite streaming accounts.

Please remember, no smoking or vaping inside the home.

We kindly ask no parties to keep the space comfortable for everyone.

The community pool is available for your enjoyment from May through October.
