Less than 15min walk to Coleman Coliseum, BDS, and Sorority Row. 2 parking spaces, gated community, pool/club house access for guests. Newly renovated 2 BR 2 bathroom, with walk-in closets, washer/dryer and custom queen bunk beds with twin trundle. 2 couches are queen pull outs, sleeping 11 tightly, 6-8 comfortably. TVs in both bedrooms, living room, and outside! Men’s bball tix also available for select games

Main bedroom has a queen bed plus fold out bed. Bunk room has two queen beds and twin trundle pull out. Living room couch pulls out to queen bed.
