A spacious private room in a big apartment in Beirut. It is located in a nice neighborhood across the street from Badaro.

The space

Just 2 minutes away from Badaro street, the apartment is located in a nice neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. It is comprised of 4 bedrooms with access to a large balcony, a living room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen.
I have recently moved there with my 2 other friends, and we have a private room available for rent.

Guest access

We will all be sharing the common space, like the kitchen, bathrooms, living room, and balconies, but we all have our own private rooms.

Interaction with guests

Since we live in the same apartment, we'll be happy to help with any information, and if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask.
Once we get to know your interests we could also recommend some places for you to go and things to do in the area.
When it comes to everyday life in the apartment, we totally respect your privacy, and you are also welcome to hang out anytime.

Other things to note

We are all artists, and we live just above an art space which we have recently founded. It is a space were exhibitions, workshops or talks might be held.
So if you are interested in such things, you will definitely enjoy hanging out at the space.

Nice apartment, room is comfortable, helpful host. Location is a bit further out, but transport is easily available. Essentials are available around the area.

What a great time I spent at Naim's! The flat is clean and big with much needed air conditioning! There's a balcony that leads direct off the room too. There's shops really near the flat so you'd never go with out! I felt so comfortable there it felt like my home. Naim and Fouad were the soundest guys and so much fun to hang out with! I enjoyed every moment spent hanging out with them, talking, laughing. I really do recommend anyone stays here! It's been a day and I already miss it.. my Beirut home! Can't wait to come back.

I had a great stay at Naim's place. Don't worry if - on the map - you find the house a little bit far from the centre, because there are lots of line 4 buses passing by the house and will take you to Gemmayza or even directly to Hamra. And the room; it is big and very nice. The same applies to the entire flat. The best thing about this flat, is the people who live there. Don't miss any chance of having a conversation with Naim or his (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), you will enjoy it to hear their viewpoints on art, politics, and travel.

Before everything it was really like my own home.Especially after 15 days i felt very sad while i was collecting my suitcases. When i was there Naim was abroad so i met (URL HIDDEN) i said to him,he made me feel he is like my brother. He was always polite and responsable. They welcomed me graciously from the first moment. For example, even i brang one, they left two towels onto my bed, helped to find the way to the home when i was lost on the ways like wandering bullet [ Fouad] , made me feel positive energy and showed smiles [Mariam] answered my strange questions ("where is there,"how will i do this"," what's the name of this song" etc.),share their stuffs with me (charger),helped with humanity when i was sick (chamomile tea) and waited with me awake untill the taxi came [Joseph]. and even i disturbed them with music when they came from work and sleeping, they never mad at me :) I will never forget any of them. About the house: İt was always clean and regular as its owners were.İmagine that, there was a dish sponge in a washbowl in the kitchen, like my grandmother's tradition.I loved it. İ had a fly-repelling drug, solution, air conditioner, clinex, writing table and peace in my room. I could find my all needs in the toilets (paper, clean towel, liquid soap etc.) Except of all with Naim’s permission i could play his piano (thanks so much) I loved to have my breakfast noons and to sit drinking coffe with my candle light at nights in that sweet balcony.I will miss to wake up everyday with calm hymn from the church and azan from the mosque together. Tayyouneh district is very close to Badaro that a decent neighborhood with cafes, bars and bistros. You can take every transport to all locations of Beirut from this midpoint (1000 lbp to bus,2000 lbp to service or 10.000 lbp to taxi). For example Bus number 4 will bring you to the most important two district Hamra and Downtown in 15 (URL HIDDEN) the house was also a good choice in terms of transportation. Also you will find the banks, cheap snack restaurants, a bakery, pharmacy and herbalist around. I summarize i felt happy and as a native there so i would definitely recommend booking this room. Love you guys , take care my room :(

This was by far the best airbnb experience I've ever had - felt right at home from day 1 and will definitely be back. Can't recommend more highly!

I recommend the room withouth hesitation. The flat and the room are spacious and have everything you need. Naim and his two (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) are very friendly and always approachable if you need advice. The flat is in a residential, but interesting neighbourhood, and it is not far away from the night life of Badaro.

Once upon a time it was a German girl, who has the crazy idea to fly to Beirut and do research. She didn't know the country and didn't speak Arabic. All she knew was what people had told her about it. Go to Beirut, they said. It's gonna be fun they said. So she went... Now, as it is time to go back home I have to say the following: it was even better than expected. I really enjoyed my stay. The guys were amazing and made my trip unforgettable. Be it for evening beers at Roy's, morning coffees or just long talks about basically anything, guys, you made me love Beirut. See you in November and thank you so much for everything! Shukran!
