About sharing bathroom and toilet, as you said it does not stated that 'Share bathroom and toilet', BUT I stated that there is ONE toilet and ONE bathroom with the information that my house is share house, and also that the place where you will share the house, will be with my mom. It is easily to understand for everyone that the guests need to share bathroom and toilet with other people(host). The room is private room but the house itself is not private as I mentioned on the airbnb listing. And every other guest have understand this thing before coming to my house, which actually means that I am afraid to say, but you have just misunderstand the information which I mentioned.
3. Sorry that you have not fully satisfied using the private room, we have definitely cleaned the room, but maybe we have cats, they could not help us. But about the cats, I have also mentioned on the information.
5. I am also contacting with airbnb customer service and they told me that it is not our fault but to make the guest feel better I could just pay the 10percent when they called me while they are staying. But as airbnb told me that there is no my fault and now, there is no message between airbnb customer service, I am not thinking to refund you. If I get contacted with airbnb, I will think it once more.
Even while you were staying in our house, you have not made any enough communication even there was a girl I introduced you who can speak enough korean. I was also very confused of your less communication. You could have told me directly so that I could fix it, but you didnt. I think this is also another reason what you made your trip unsatisfied.
