First off, the location is fantastic. It's about 15 minutes or less by car to Los Angeles/Hollywood, and 20 or so minutes from Santa Monica and Venice as well. We were able to go to all those places, plus Disneyland and even Huntington Beach within reasonable distance. If you don't have a rental car, there's plenty of public transportation and Uber/Lyft drivers in the area! The area is actually quite safe as well. The house was clean, and was everything we needed for our stay; it was the perfect size, and we were able to park our rental car in the back. One thing to note is that the neighbors like playing music, which wasn't a problem until our last night here. They usually quieted down by the night hours, but on the last night of our stay, they had speakers with loud bass that felt like it could shake the house and sounded as if it was right in the bedroom, playing until the early hours of the morning. It was quite irritating as we had an early flight, so that is something to note. Other than that, we had a great time and loved the place!

Great cute house. We brought our Apple TV and connected it easily. Parking can be tricky on the street if arriving late at night but there was a spot on property. If you are into fast food there is virtually every type of spot within a mile so cooking isn't necessary. We would stay there again if the dates were available while our home is under construction.

Great place, once you are inside the unit. The neighbourhood comes off dangerous at first but everyone was fairly friendly. Daniel is great to deal with and responds quick.

We stayed at Daniel's place for a little over a week and enjoyed our stay. It's not the fanciest place but it is quiet and has a kitchen and a living room. I would stay here again.
