THIS is not your usual vacation destination. This is A SANCTUARY IN THE MIDST OF GOD'S AMAZING CREATION. Bill and Daphne are such attentive (not intrusive) and hospitable hosts. We can't imagine not returning soon. Don't pass up a chance to stay in the 1880's cabin.

If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing place to be, Bill's and Daphne's place is the one. Everything in the cabin has been accommodated to have a wonderful stay. All the furniture and decoration will make you feel like you are going back in time, no need to have your smart phone, just go out the porch and let the day pass by an impressive view of the the valley and mountains in the back.

This is the loveliest cabin! It is extremely clean, and is just as cozy and beautiful as what is shown in the pictures. The views are also spectacular - we had one sunny and one rainy day, and all we wanted to do was sit on the back porch watching the mist roll up the mountains. The cabin has just about everything you could ever need inside - plates, tupperware, utensils, shampoo, hair dryer, toothbrushes, etc. This was one of the coziest, most peaceful weekends I've had in a long time. Thanks again, Bill and Daphne!

Bill and Daphne are great hosts. Upon our arrival Daphne greeted us and showed us their property and the cabin. The cabin is equipped with everything that you will need to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen is little, but every utensil or pot/pan you need is there. They have thought of everything. The interior of the cabin is beautiful and the view out back to the valley is spectacular. The location is convenient to area hiking, restaurants and shops. We will come back! Thank you Bill and Daphne....we really enjoyed meeting both of you and we love your cabin, land and animals. A real treat to stay here!

It is impossible to tell you folks out there how wonderful this little piece of paradise is. This is out fourth visit to this beautiful cabin and we hope the good Lord allows us to come back many many more times. If you are looking for a little bit of heaven, and as my sister says, "My healing Place", then this is the place for you. We love it and consider this our second home.

Bill and I lived in downtown Atlanta before moving up to Rabun Gap. We made our living as photographers, now, we're farmers! We're grateful to be able to share what NE Georgia has to offer with our guests who come to our 1880's cabin.
