The outdoor area of Casablanca is a luxurious oasis designed for relaxation and entertainment. All distinct features and experiences are connected by beautifully landscaped pathways and staircases. The outdoor area hosts, 3 pools, a gas BBQ, a fully equipped bar with four stools, a wood-fired oven, and a picturesque seating area around a fire pit. Also, enjoy movie nights under the stars with our outdoor projector, perfectly set up next to the wood-fired oven beneath the tree for a cozy and unforgettable experience.

More specifically, the exterior of Casablanca covers 1,000 m2 and offers many facilities, including:
- Main Pool: 45 m² (1.6m deep, heated with an additional daily charge upon request) with views over Kalathas Beach
- Second Pool: 25 m², 0.8m deep with hydromassage.
The pool can be heated upon advance request, for an additional daily charge, for the entire stay, and requires at least one week’s notice.
- Children’s Pool: 22 m² (0.6m deep)
- 9 sunbeds, poolside shower, umbrellas
- Gas WEBBER BBQ, wood-fired oven & bar with mini fridge, sink & 4 stools

Casa Blanca is located on the outskirts of the Kalathas area, 250 meters away from the beach and close to many other beautiful beaches and local amenities. It is only a 15 minute drive from Chania Center and old town and a 10 minute drive from Chania Airport.

For daily necessities, the small town of Kounoupidiana is only a short drive away (2 Km), offering a nice variety of shops. In the area, there are doctors, pediatricians, pharmacies, banks, ATM machines, supermarkets, pastry shops, bakeries, hair and beauty salons, and gas stations. There are also several leisure facilities you can try nearby, such as tennis courts, gyms, sailing, scuba diving daily excursions, boat rides, bowling alleys, and playgrounds. Reference must also be made to the restaurants of the region, in which someone can get to know and enjoy Greek cuisine not only through traditional dishes but also through more gastronomically bold choices.

Chania Old Town with its Venetian harbor, winding narrow streets, and abundance of cafes, souvenir shops, and restaurants is a mere 30-minute drive away, waiting to be explored. Being just 20 minutes away from the highway makes it easy to explore the surrounding area with its archeological sites, waterpark, beaches, gorges, and villages.

Magnificent sights and historic places are also abundant in the area. The Venizelos Graves, the Agia Triada monastery, and the Gouvernetos monastery, which was built in 1537 and from which someone can reach the Panagia Arkoudiotisa cave and the Katholiko by following a paved path, are just a few of the existing choices to mention.
