I'm renting out a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom, 2nd floor apartment in Greenpoint. The bedroom comes with a queen bed, dresser, hanging rack, and features beautiful exposed brick. The living room has a futon, desk where you can work, and two nice windows. There is no kitchen, but you'll have a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, french press, and more in the living room. The bathroom has a toilet and shower but no tub. The place is small but cozy and the price is right!

The space

I divided by 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment into two 1 bedroom/1 bath apartments (the third bedroom is your living room). You have your own entrance and your space is totally private, but I'm just letting you know because that's why the layout is a little weird. I travel frequently, so I'm away a lot, but I'm almost always available via Airbnb message or text.

Guest access

All-Access Pass to bedroom, living room, bathroom, and laundry room in the basement.

Interaction with guests

I tend to be quiet when I'm at home, and I'm often out of town, so you probably won't see or hear me unless you want to meet and chat for a bit, in which case you are welcome to message me.

Perfect for a short stay for a couple, interesting and up and coming neighbourhood with lots of interesting restaurants and bars to discover. Host was easily contactable and accommodating. No complaints! Had a great time here

Great value, great location, nice little apartment. We loved our stay in Greenpoint; brilliant location. Loads of interesting and friendly little bars and restaurants in the doorstep, and pretty well connected to the rest of NYC (although the G train is not the most frequent or reliable) Apartment is as it looks - a little small, a little basic, but cool & arty, comfy and functional. A really comfy (firm) bed and a nice big sofa - although if you're visiting NYC then you're probably not going to spend much time sitting around at home. Lots of cool pictures on the walls. Clean bathroom, large shower. My only notes would be: the bed is super squeaky; and that there's not much soundproofing between this apartment and the adjacent one (they've been subdivided from one larger apartment). This means if someone in the other apartment is talking, watching telly or whatever, you can really hear it. However this was rarely an issue. Overall we've been delighted, and this saved us tons of money compared to a hotel, or even most other AirBnBs we were looking at. Thanks!

Stephanie is actually modest about this apartment. It was very very nice: we slept three comfortably in the two beds, and it's very well located for Manhattan and the rest of Brooklyn. I would definitely try to stay here again if I were visiting Manhattan! Greenpoint is also a great neighborhood and full of great restaurants, bars, and other stores. The street is lively with restaurants but it was absolutely quiet in the apartment. Thanks so much for letting us stay here!

We stayed there for 3 nights it was a very nice place. The subway was very close but also you could walk to have more views of the city. It’s small but perfect for a couple!

A cozy Brooklyn apartment in a quiet area. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The neighborhood felt very safe. Parking was not too bad.

Really lovely neighborhood, very close to the G line, nice walkable late night spots to eat. It did get a little warm, a fan would've been nice but other than that the place was great!

Stephanie's place is in a good location. It was clean and everything you need for a NY visit and a place to sleep was provided.

I'm a poet, event producer, and I run a small arts non-profit. I work from home when I'm not traveling, but I travel a whole lot!
