The space

Take in the spectacular lake views while relaxing on the balcony overlooking the lake and mountains.

This spacious 3 Bedroom, 2 full bath top floor home has been beautifully updated from fixtures to furniture and includes a well equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher + everything you need. The master bedroom has a king size bed and boasts a large en-suite with soaker tub & separate shower and walk out to balcony.

Wireless Internet, HD-TV, Blue-Ray player, Fireplace (elec), Air Condition, Balcony + BBQ, Laundry, quality mattresses and all linens have been provided for your comfort and convenience.

Guest access

The top floor suite is separate and private, aside from the common parking area. Access is via the front stairs. There is also a private grape arbour off the rear balcony to enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the amazing lake views.

Interaction with guests

We are often in the area as we have a home only a few blocks away. We are always available 24/7 by phone to assist guests with any of their needs.
Access is via lock box key, private and personal.

The neighbourhood

Situated on a hillside, this home has spectacular views of the lake and mountains and is located at the end of a no through road which is safe and quiet. Hiking is right at your door step into the mountains and old orchards and it's only a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk to the beach.

Peachland is in the center of the Okanagan wine valley. A lake shore community with 11 km of natural beaches that offers up the Okanagan's finest sun, views and wineries all within minutes from downtown Kelowna.

Getting around

A car is recommended but walking or riding to the beach and the local restaurants, cafe's & other businesses is only 5-10 minutes - downhill, which means a short uphill ride/walk on the way back.

My husband and I rented the upstairs of this house for the month of September and we were impressed. First, it has the most gorgeous view of the lake and mountains from the deck as well as the kitchen, dining room and living room. It has been renovated with a spacious kitchen with an island, great for entertaining and cooking. It is completely stocked with all the tools you need to make smoothies, cook, bake or barbecue. The appliances are new. We loved the outdoor gas barbecue and recommend you go to T-Bones butcher shop (organic and grass fed meats and also prepared items) which also has a vegetable/grocery store right next to it. You won’t be disappointed! Paynter’s fruit market with farmer’s produce is wonderful too and is right down the street. These places are in West Kelowna which is only a 15 minute drive away. And the wineries are close too including Mission Hills and Quail’s Gate as well as some nice organic wineries. In fact, there is a winery within walking distance of this house. This is a very central location in the Okanagan for exploring, hiking and touring the wineries and other cities. There is a flat screen TV in living room and bedroom and great reception and HD. Internet works well, very fast. Both bedrooms have good quality new mattresses and rooms are spacious with lots of storage. The third bedroom/den is smaller and has a new futon that I think is a double. The master bedroom has a true king bed (not 2 mattresses attached together). Both bathrooms are good, renovated and have showers and tubs. Great flow to the house. Big washer and dryer. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. I enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and there is a set of stairs you can walk or run up called Lang Trail which is close to the house. Restaurants and a few boutiques and a coffee shop are in Peachland which is a 5 minute drive away right next to the lake. There is an IGA, pharmacy and a gas station close too. If you like hiking there are numerous hikes. I recommend Pin Cushion which is a bit steep and rugged but has a beautiful view from top and takes about 45 minutes to climb up. Also, if you have time the Myra canyon trail (south of Kelowna) which is a restored section of Kelowna Valley Railway trail is about 12 miles round trip and is spectacular. It is flat and easy to walk which we did or you can rent bikes right at start of trail. We always exercise at a gym when we are on vacation and we recommend Snap Fitness in West Kelowna (new with friendly staff) on Louie Dr and has no contracts and open 24/7. We think this rental is well suited for families, romantic get away, 2 couples and girls/guys getaway. Finally, we met Lisa and Randy, the owners and they are honest, friendly and prompt...
