Large terrace with breathtaking views! It has furniture and a small kitchen fully equipped with all electrical appliances. The external space is protected around the perimeter by electric awnings that work with a controller. The outdoor ceiling is at a height of 2.25

The space
This unique place (attic) is located in beautiful Thessaloniki, on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, without an elevator. It's about a 20-minute walk from the center. The interior consists of the bedroom and bathroom and has a low ceiling, as described above.
It has air conditioning, TV, iron and hairdryer in the bathroom.
Outside the terrace there is a living room, kitchen with electrical appliances and everything you need for cooking.
Outside there is a shower so that when the weather is good you can bathe comfortably, as the indoor bathroom is low.

This space is enclosed with electric awnings, which protect against cold and rain. There is no heating outdoors.
