This Victorian Semi is set in a peaceful neighbourhood with large sunny rooms, wooden floors, high ceilings decorated with an eclectric mix. A large communal Kitchen with 6 seater dinning area and views onto the garden.
Its location gives access in all directions to tourist sights, shopping and central business districts a ten minute drive away and the charaterful Harfield social hub with many restaurants, coffee shops and meeting places a few blocks away.

The space

There is a garden to sit outside in and parking space for 2 cars or 1 large car and 2 small cars off the street behind a gate. There is armed response alarm monitoring and burglar proofing throughout.

Guest access

You will have access to all the rooms available apart from one personal room reserved for the owner/caretaker. Support is available in the case of emergencies from a neighbour.

Interaction with guests

I am available when the rooms are rented individually but will be off site when the whole home is rented out.

Other things to note

The home is centrally situated with access to major road ways to all directions of the peninsular. The train station is within walking distance and taxis are always just a call away.

Guests are expected to be considerate to neighbours and other guests at all times. We ask that shoes are left at the door where your worries should also remain, and that a no smoking regulation on the premises be upheld.
Front and back doors must be secured when left open to prevent damage to the window panes.
Alarm must be used at all times when not on the premises!!!
By parties allowed we mean within reason, I.e.: small gatherings of family and friends without loud disturbing music. The floors are not suitable for dancing with shoes on!

We ask you to leave you shoes at the door along with your troubles, respecting the homes tranquility and others who reside within or around it and treat our inner space as a temple for your stay.

As this is our home which we share with you our guests, we respect your needs for cleanliness, privacy and consideration at all times, as we expect you to consider ours.

We encourage you to adhere to our check in and out times in order for us to facilitate the running of our Airbnb service, and ask for your understanding in that we prefer to have our premises secured after 12pm at night. During times of celebration there may be reasonable exceptions to the rule.

In our home we don't smoke and drinks are at ones own choice as a social relaxation.

Unfortunately Cape Town is on Stage 3 Water Restrictions, this means we ask you to please be conscious of how much water you use in order to avoid wastage and the added cost of fines for excess usage to the owner.
