Magnificent fully restored two storey Victorian Historic Mansion circa 1890. 15 min walking distance to Geelong CBD, 10 min walk from rail station. Eastern Beach foreshore, theatres, restaurants & shops & also to Pakington Street Newtown & Geelong West & Simonds Stadium. If basic breakfast is required please request/note when booking - cereal & toast available in the Guest Kitchen. Otherwise, head down to the beautiful foreshore for a breakfast/brunch at one of the lovely venues.

The space
The house has been very beautifully restored with polished dark floors, silk curtains, chandeliers & antiques - step into a very amazing space, luxurious, majestic, feel so special - enjoy this one-off experience. Each bedroom has very comfortable beds, linen, heating, own TV, monogrammed dressing gowns

Guest access
Each Bedroom (! & 3) has their own tea making facilities and bar fridge. There is a guest dining room downstairs with full facilities - coffee machine, tea making, microwave, bar fridge, dishwasher, crockery, sink, antique dining table & chairs. If guests would like a basic breakfast i.e. toast & cereal, please note in the booking email or ask Lynne upon arrival - which will then be set up in the Guest Kitchen downstairs. There is off street parking on the premises.

As the maitre d', Lynne, the manager, is only too happy to assist guests with all the best information - great places to each, visigt, see, experience in and around Geelong & the Surf Coast & nighttime hot spots

Other things to note
All rooms have been individually keyed (snib-lock on the inside) and a key provided to safely lock your room & belongings when heading out. 24/7 access. There are only two bedrooms that are individually listed & available currently on Airbnb each having their own Bathroom (Bedroom One has it's own private ensuite & Bedroom Three has the exclusive use of the Bathroom immediately opposite).
