►Please watch your children closely in the rooftop deck area. Don't leave children unattended in the rooftop deck.
►The top bunk bed is not suitable for an adult to sleep on.
►This is a NON-SMOKING community. Absolutely no smoking inside the property or outside of this community.
►Street parking available but beware of street parking restrictions to avoid ticketing and never block a driveway.
