Interaction with guests
We like to get to know our guests and their needs before we finalize our arrangements. Communications in the beginning stages help both parties determine if we are a "good match" and help prevent disappointments for both parties. Once our guests arrive, the GUIDEBOOK will help answer most every question. We are available by phone - but we like to give "full rein" to our guests to enjoy privacy and the serenity of this magical place.
Other things to note
Come to this remote location prepared to get away from electronics ....there is no WiFi here. And, no television. Your cell service with a Smartphone can keep you in contact with the outside world...but while you are in the village of Luther, you are worlds away from the hustle/bustle of today's world.
Come here to get "off the grid". Experience living in the moment, totally forgetting the rest of the world exists. Read, relax, fish, hike, nap, watch movies, play board games, watch wildlife, birdwatch, sled in winter, etc, etc. We don't want to be your regular old lodging experience!!!!
CABIN GUIDEBOOK kept at cabin will give you all "how tos" of the property, including what to do when you depart. (A copy of this GUIDEBOOK will be sent to you in advance of your staydate by priority mail ) Since guests are on site by themselves, this detailed booklet helps create desired comfort for both owner and guests. Overall, we really want our guests to make themselves at home, unwind, kick back, and relax and enjoy all that this magical place can offer to the soul and spirit. We ask that common courtesies be combined with common sense while at the cabin, and that the property be LEFT as it was FOUND. Our guests are the BEST, and we are grateful to have hosted really fine folks the past many years.
My husband and I moved back to our native Montana after living in big cities and doing the corporate life....when our aging parents needed extra help... We have had the cabin for almost 15 years and enjoy sharing it with others who can make the kind of fond memories that our children and grandchildren have made there over the years. We hear again and again, "we only wish we would have stayed longer". That makes us happy.
