Completely remodeled, this condo has everything you could dream of! Upon entering, you will see views of the ocean. The beautiful tiled hallway offers a custom closet with granite vanity and plenty of storage for clothes and bags. This condo offers a bathroom with full bath and spacious vanity. Impressively furnished from top to bottom, this over sized living area offers guests a kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances including microwave/convection oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. The kitchen is furnished with all the conveniences you need for eating in while vacationing. The living area also offers flat screen TV and fireplace for ambiance. Most exciting though is the custom granite bar along the oceanfront of the condo to enjoy the amazing ocean views. The gorgeous cream leather sofa can transform into 1 Queen or 2 separate Twin beds. Also, 2 ottomans are available which convert into 2 comfortable twin beds. Building registration fee is $35 at time of check in

The Atlantis building is an ocean front building located on 103rd Street. The building offers outdoor pool, elevators, assigned parking, and WIFI for an additional cost.

Other things to note
All of Coastal Resort`s Vacation Rental properties require guests to provide personal linens (such as sheets, towels, and pillow cases). For your convenience, we would be happy to offer a linen rental package at an additional. This package includes linens for each bed, as well as towel packages for the occupancy of the property.

Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals (Agent) is working as the Agent and acting on behalf of the Owner of the above property. The Agent is employed by, and paid by, the Owner and represents the Owner’s best interests. This Lodging Agreement is a legally binding contract. The Owner and Agent of the above property have agreed to provide the above Guest with a nonexclusive, revocable agreement to Guest for the above period of time. If the above Guest does not understand this Lodging Agreement, the Agent requests Guest seek legal advice. This Agreement must be signed by Guest within ten (10) days of the receipt of this Agreement to secure your reservation. If not received, Agent reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Once signed by the Guest above, the signed Agreement may be returned via fax, mail, or email below:
Guest(s): At the Owner’s request, the Agent has been instructed to rent to family groups only. Non chaperoned, high school graduates, college groups are not permitted. Any reservation placed by groups under 25 are subject to cancellation. Guests are required to present identification such as a valid driver’s license upon check in. Check in time is between the hours of 3pm and 5pm on the day of arrival. Check out time is 10:00am and will be strictly enforced. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file. All keys, pool passes, and parking passes must be returned to our office no later than 10:30am on date of departure. There is a late fee assessed of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for every 15 minutes late, or any portion thereof that keys/passes are not returned. If arriving after 5:00pm, it is the responsibility of the Guest to call the Agent and make arrangements for check in. Due to the short time allowance between rentals, Guest understands cleaners may not be finished at time of check-in. All cleanings will be completed no later than 6:00pm. Guest must notify Agent within one hour of arrival if additional cleaning is required. If no notification is made, property is assumed acceptable.
Occupants: At no point during the lease term above shall the total number of occupants exceed the maximum limit set. Violation of this policy can result in cancellation of this reservation and removal of guest(s) and belongings without refund. At no time may responsible Guest sublet or allow unsupervised guests to stay in property.
CHANGE POLICY: Any changes to the reservation, such as changing dates of arrival or departure, moving to another rental property, etc are subject to a $99 change fee.
INCLEMENT WEATHER: Guest understands that there will be no refund due to inclement weather such as hurricanes or other acts of nature.
PET POLICY: At no time are pets permitted in this property at any time during duration of stay.
SMOKING POLICY: At no time is smoking permitted in property.
DAMAGE: By signing this Agreement, Guest promises to surrender Property in as good or same condition as when Guest arrived at property. If Guest notices any pre-existing damage to property, it is the Guest’s responsibility to notify Agent within one hour of arrival. Upon departure, the property will be inspected; any negligent damage above normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the Guest and will be charged to the credit card on file. The Security Deposit Waiver Fee is not applicable with excessive cleaning; the Guest is responsible for any additional cleaning fees. If the credit card on file is declined or unable to be used for the amount for the damage, the Guest will be legally and financially be responsible.
Coastal Resort also has the right to cancel this agreement without any refund to Guest if Guest intentionally damages the property, or violates any portion of this lodging agreement, including disturbing the peace.
Toilets many not be used for anything other than toilet paper. If, during the stay, an issue arises that the toilet was used improperly and plumbing expenses are incurred, any cost will be the responsibility of the Guest and the Security Deposit Waiver Fee will not be applicable.
LOST OR FORGOTTEN ITEMS: It is the responsibility of the Guest to remove all personal items upon their departure. Agent is not responsible for any personal, lost, or forgotten items. Any unclaimed or forgotten items may be disposed of upon Guest’s departure.
LINEN SERVICE: Your property does not provide sheets, pillow cases or bath towels with your rental. Both Towel and Linen Service are available at the Guests expense. Please contact our office to place our linen reservation.
LOCKOUT: There will be a Seventy Five Dollar ($75.00) fee assessed for after hour lockouts, where an associate of Agent must allow Guest into property in the case of a lost key between the hours of 5pm and 9am. Proper identification is necessary. The applicable fee must be paid at time of service via cash or credit card, prior to service being rendered.
Amenities of Building or Association: Coastal Resort is not responsible for the building or association’s choice to open or close any amenity such as pool, tennis courts, etc. Guest understands that amenities may not be available due to inclement weather, etc and there will be no refunds given for loss of availability during stay.
LIABILITY OF INJURY OR DAMAGE: Coastal Resort is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage that may result in connection with Guests’ use of property. Coastal Resort and/or its vendors have the right to gain access to the property at anytime to inspect the property.
Ocean City Rentals check in at our Ocean City Location. The office is located on the corner of 80th and 81st Street on the ocean side of Coastal Highway across from South Moon Under.
Ocean Pines/ Berlin Rentals check in will be at the leased property. There will be a combination lockbox placed on the front door of the home the afternoon of your arrival. We will call and email the guest within 7 days of your check in date with the designated combination code. Ocean Pines Beach Club passes, which are provided with each Ocean Pines rental, require signature and will be available at our Ocean City office. Please be aware that if you choose to sign out the Ocean Pines Beach Club Pool/ Parking permit, you will be required to return them to our Ocean City Office prior to departure.
