Brand new build! Bring the whole family together in this spacious home with lots of room for family, fun and memories. Featuring 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, gas fireplace, and ample sleeping for 13 guests. Primary suite features a walk-in closet and en-suite with large soaker tub. Outdoor area features large shaded porch with chairs and a firepit. Enjoy games for the kids and relax and have fun in this amenity filled community. Close to skiing, hiking, shopping, and more!

The space
This house features a large primary suite with a large walk-in closet and large en-suite with soaker tub, separate stand-in shower and double sink.

The second king room bed (bedroom #3) has the unique ability of being separated into two twin beds. Please let us know if you wish to use this feature.

The bunk bed room (bedroom #4) has two twin beds plus a twin trundle.

The two twin bed rooms (bedrooms #5 & 6) share a full bathroom in true "Jack and Jill" style!

This house features a large open living area for your enjoyment. Cook, eat, relax, play...all together!

The community features 6 pools, lakes w/ beaches, cafe, miniature golf, paddle boats, kayaks, 6 playgrounds, 6 basketball courts, 2 bocce ball courts, 2 softball fields, fishing, 2 dog parks, outdoor ice skating. (Some amenities are seasonal.)

There is a casino, water parks, ski resorts, and winery conveniently located within minutes from the house.

Guest access
There is no parking permitted in the garage.

Other things to note
*This community is gated and requires advance registration. Guests will be required to provide information for registration with the community. The community will charge late fees for information not provided in a timely manner. Each driver and car is required to present a valid Drivers License and vehicle registration for entry.

There will be an additional $75 short notice registration/late fee charged by the community for registration that is submitted less than 4 days prior to the reservation.

There is a four vehicle limit for this property.

Because this is a gated community, any day visitors or deliveries must be called in by management.

Pool passes are an additional charge paid directly to the community. The community charges $12/person for each day that guests will use the pool. Passes are not required if guests will not use the pool. Other community activities may have fees.
