Beautiful new comfortable studio with garden and terrace ideally located in the heart of the island of Oléron, quiet in a cul-de-sac, located 2 minutes from the pretty pedestrian street of Saint Pierre, capital of the island.

The space
The space
It consists of a modern fitted kitchen with induction table, range hood, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, etc...

Two sleeping areas:
A comfortable sofa bed of 140*190 cm or a bed on the mezzanine for 1 person accessible via a miller's ladder.
We provide duvets and pillows, but bed linen is NOT provided.
Bed linen rental possible by reservation: bed linen 20 euros per bed per stay.
Large flat screen led TV streaming.

Pretty modern bathroom with walk-in shower, thermostatic faucet.
Possibility of renting bath linen which is NOT provided: the kit 10€ per person and per stay.


Highlights:
A beautiful terrace with a south-facing garden and enjoying the shade of a beautiful fishing allowing you to take your meals and the sun (rare in the center of Oléron).
A bike garage with bikes. Bikes are loaned free of charge to do our tenants' service, they are two adult bikes (a man bike and a women's bike) we cannot replace them if they are not suitable. A deposit check of €150/bike is required upon arrival which is not cashed.
Numerous bike paths very close (More than 140 km of trails on the island).
First beach less than 10 minutes by car, and about 16 minutes by bike, (for normal traffic conditions).

We leave cleaning products on site: dishwashing liquid, a sponge, a cloth, floor cleaner, and garbage pockets.
End-of-stay cleaning not included, cleaning fee of 40 euros.

Arrivals can be self-contained, both day and night thanks to a key safe.
When the owner is not present, the check-in is very well organized.
Check-ins start at 4 pm, and checkouts start before 11am.

The place is right in the middle of St Pierre. Parking is available in free parking lots nearby. It is possible to access by car to drop off suitcases, groceries.

Many shops and restaurants are nearby. The market open every day except Monday from April to September is a 5 min walk.
