Vendee house composed of a large living room and 2 bedrooms. The quiet garden allows you to sunbathe (sun loungers available) or have lunch outside (tables, chairs and barbecue). The house is located 10 minutes from Luzon (for shopping) and 20 minutes from the Faute Sur Mer. It is also ideally located to enjoy O'Slip Park and O 'fun park (15 minutes) or Puy du Fou (1h10) and La Rochelle Aquarium (40 minutes).

- There is no wifi available on the property
