Welcome to our new apartment at 108 Flinders Street where "clean comfortable living comes as standard".
The apartment is tastefully furnished to make you feel great from the moment you arrive. Enjoy the comfortably furnished and spacious (47 m2) one bedroom apartment with open plan living/dining/kitchen.
Kitchen - Modern with stone bench-tops, built-in cabinetry finished with professional Miele oven and cooktop. Includes a dishwasher, toaster, microwave and kettle and all cookware to make a gourmet meal.
Bedroom - a welcoming (firm) Queen bed with 4 pillows and quilt with fresh linen. A rack is provided for your luggage and there is ample built-in wardrobe storage with hangers. Blackout blinds ensure that you can enjoy a good sleep in quiet surrounds as the apartment opens out to a balcony facing a quiet internal courtyard.
Lounge/Dining - Check out the spacious apartment. A 2-seater sofa and a digital TV in the open plan living leads to a balcony facing the quiet internal courtyard. The dining table has seating for four.
Bathroom/European Laundry - A hairdryer is provided and, if you need to do your laundry, use the washing/dryer machine. There is also a drying rack. An iron and ironing board are provided. All consumables from (soft) toilet rolls, hotel-style shampoo conditioner and hand soap packs are provided together with washing detergent.
Use the reverse-cycle air-conditioning for heating/cooling, with separate outlets in the bedroom and in the living areas. Connect to an incredibly fast internet service - broadband wifi for work or to catch up on emails.

Daily from 6am-10pm, guests have use of our well-equipped gym and open-air rooftop BBQ area and a communal lounge/tv room.
And when you decide to leave our apartment sanctuary, enjoy the best of Melbourne nearby - free CBD trams at our doorstep; and Federation Square, Flinders Street Station, Yarra River walks, MCG and other sport venues, the arts precinct (National Gallery of Victoria, Arts Centre), theatres, shopping and, last but not least, the greatest concentration of Chef Hatted fine-dining restaurants in our neighbourhood.
We are business friendly and will seek to accommodate your requirements, including 24-hour check-in service.
Come and go as you please as you will have the entire apartment to yourself for the duration of your stay.
Interaction with guests
As we live in the same apartment block, we will usually be available to greet you with a guided tour of our facilities and give you any directions to get around and paint the town red. Whether you are here on a business or vacation, we want guests to have a pleasant and memorable stay in Melbourne so let us know how we can help.

Other things to note
A supermarket (IGA Express) is located nearby (open from 7am to 11pm, except Fridays and Sundays when it closes 10pm and Saturdays at midnight).
Dry-cleaners are at the rear of our building. There are also several hairdressers nearby. The nearest pharmacy is 2 blocks away.
Use the free CBD trams at our doorstep to tour the city.
