If your trip includes boating on beautiful Pittwater or Broken Bay, the owner can most likely help out with access to a mooring out the front within sight of the apartment, and arrangements for bringing your dinghy ashore nearby. We have set up the apartment for our adult children and grandchildren when they come to stay, so we have a nice selection of games, puzzles and books available for many age groups which you are welcome to use.
The main bedroom and sitting room both have smart TVs connected to the house internet with most streaming apps installed – just use your own sign-in credentials then sit back and watch your favourite shows or listen to your music channels.
This is a beautiful part of the world with superb sailing, swimming, surfing, golf, restaurants, cafes, and a boutique cinema only minutes away. Take a short bike ride to a hip lunch spot, or drive to the beach, golf course, ferries, and more. There is a small convenience store, restaurant and bottle shop less than 2 minutes walk at the end of our street and with a 20 minute walk you will find a supermarket, many cafes, restaurants and variety shops at Avalon Village.

Whilst car travel is the usual form of transport locally, there is a bus right outside the apartment that connects with city and other buses.
