CELL SERVICE: Limited to wi-fi calling. House has excellent, fast internet, but no cell service in the immediate vicinity.

EV CHARGING: We have a 30A/220V outlet for EV charging. You will need to supply your vehicle's cable.

PANTRY INCLUDES: common spices, cooking oil, tea, coffee beans (and grinder), creamer and sweeteners.

KITCHEN: cookware, air fryer, blender, ice maker, chef's knives and other gadgets galore (see amenities list).

BATHROOMS INCLUDE: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers.

OUTDOOR INCLUDES: large propane/charcoal BBQ grill, cornhole game, chairs and tables.
