The space
A newly renovated typical townhouse from the 1930 s.
The house is situated in the end of a small alley with no traffic and surrounded by several belle époque villas and their gardens.

There is a large sofa and 3 chairs, a dining table with 8 chairs, an iron/ iron board, dvd player , a LED TV ( cable tv with 160 channels including English) , bluetooth player , safe etc

The outside areas. There are in total 4 terraces.

1 courtyard / wintergarden with entry from the living room, including a sofa group for 5 and a barbeque ( gas) .

1 upper terrace above the wintergarden with lots of sun and 2 sun chairs + a table.

A roof terrace of about 45 m2 with sunbeds , a parasol ,table and chairs for 6 persons etc.

One smaller terrace with entry from one of the bedrooms ( private for this bedroom) .Here you find a small table with 2 chairs + the possibility to put up a swing ( for children) or a hammack chair / hammack.

4 Bed rooms

2 large bedrooms with a double bed ( 160cm) + a single bed in each bedroom. The double beds may be divided into 2 single beds when needed.
1 normal sized bedroom with 1 double bed ( 160 cm) .
1 small bed room with 1 double bed (140 cm).

1 office with computer ( may be used as a baby room)

One private parking place in the street in front of the house ( parking barriere with lock) for a small or normal sized car.

1 independant studio apartment , fully equiped and nicely furnished next door with easy access to the main apartment.

Neighbourhood highlights

The apartment is situated in a typical French neighborhood with a mix of houses and smaller apartment buildings. Very quiet surroundings, but still close to all commodities.
The neighborhood is called Parc Imperial and was the neighborhood for the Russian upper-class in the 18th/ 19th century and known for having the most beautiful Russian church outside of Russia.

Distance to the beach is 1 km ( 15-20 min walk ). To the old town it takes about 20- 25 minutes to walk, but if preferred it is possible to take the bus as well as the main street is very well served with busses and very frequent departures.

About 10 minutes to walk to the main train station.

Many shops , bakeries, supermarkets close to the apartment.
