We are proud of our neighbourhood of Stoneybatter & love sharing it with people. This is a wee gem of a property that looks out onto Stoneybatter, amongst some tasty coffee shops, crafty pubs and restaurants.

The pub downstairs serves some cracking craft beers and lovely food if you fancy a bit of company.

The space
The flat is above our pub, L. Mulligan. Grocer. It is warm and gets great light. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, two double rooms and a full kitchen.

Where you’ll be

Dublin, Ireland

Stoneybatter was once called Cowtown, due to the presence of the old cattle market at the top of Prussia Street. We are right around the corner from Jameson's and at one time the area would have teemed with coopers, brewers and distillers. There days it is full of lovely places to eat and drink. Slice and Cowtown are great for brunch. Tommy O'Gara's and Walsh's do a cracking pint (and a lovely toasted sandwich) and Boqueria and Cotto do brilliant trade in tapas and pizza respectively. Our own pub L. Mulligan. Grocer serves up craft beer, whisk(e)ys and pub fare, while the Cobblestone is the king of the music pubs in the area.
