The pool is heated to 80°F at no charge.
If you'd like it warmer, a $20/day heating fee applies for temperatures above 80°F.
Please notify the host immediately if you experience any issues with the pool so we can resolve them quickly.
🚨 Important House Rules
⏰ Late Checkout
A minimum $150 fee will be charged for check-outs after 11:00 AM unless previously approved by the host.
👶 Child Safety
This home is not childproofed. Children must be supervised at all times.
🧼 Cleaning & TVs
No daily cleaning is included. Check the Tourist Portal for local service options.
All TVs are ROKU Smart TVs (no cable).
🚭 Smoking & Substances
No smoking inside or outside the home.
No marijuana or illegal substances permitted.
🚫 Parties & Noise
This is a no-party property.
While our neighbors are aware this is a rental, they are not tolerant of loud noise or disruptive behavior.
If law enforcement is called for noise, parties, or disturbances, a minimum $500 fee will be charged and the remainder of the reservation will be non-refundable.
