Beautiful Full Mother-in-law apartment in our home. Completely separate, with private entrance, garage, full Kitchen, Laundry, bedroom, Bath, Living Room fireplace, up to date very clean!
20 minutes East from here to downtown Denver, 15 minutes West from here to Mountains!

This space is not lived in by anyone else while not booked. There is no other space like this that we are aware of in our area.

Directly connected to 32 miles of trails, 120 acres of open space behind our secluded 2 acre property and a 2 minute walk from a state of the art recreation center. (URL HIDDEN)
Private road on acreage, 1200 sf full apartment in large main home with separate entrance, garage, full kitchen, living room laundry, bedroom and master bath. Apartment is separate from home for privacy. If you require more than 2 guests we do allow them at $25 per person per night for children 2 & up, but you must inquire before booking and and receive approval. We will accommodate with air mattresses. This following second bedroom is NOT currently available An additional en-suite which sleeps 2 with its own bath is available for $95 per night on the same level as the unit, but also must receive approval before booking and is only available in addition to the apartment must use the same kitchen as the apartment. It is not advertised independently of this unit. This is designed to accommodate bigger families that would prefer 2 actual beds and 2 bathrooms, however access to any other part of the home is restricted.(Note: we will make this available later in the year.)
Guests may use the single garage as pictured, access to all trails, and recreation center at own cost. Entire access to the apartment and single car attached garage only. Not accessible to the main home. second ensuite room with bath is available in the main home for up to 2 additional guests at $95 per night same level but must get pre approval for additional guests before booking additional guests. may use rear patio and gazebo. Plus private extra exterior parking next to unit for guests. Additional ensuite access to ensuite and apartment but no access to the rest of the home or second level.
Interaction with guests
We will be available by cell phone, since we maintain a business from the property someone is there most of the time, but you won't see or hear anyone unless you choose to. Occasionally a noise from one of the shops but seldom at night. Dogs will bark when someone arrives and that is the only time in most cases.

We do live on the property.
Please do NOT assume since we are in Colorado that we are 420 friendly because we are NOT. Please confirm that you read house rules and agree before booking to avoid an issue during your stay!
Drive slowly when entering and exiting the property. (15 MPH) This is a place for those who want to maintain a quiet peaceful atmosphere and neighbors complain if you fly down the road. FYI Owners Master is directly above the unit, although everything is well insulated, but you may hear footsteps or an occasional bump or thump. An occasional dog bark and thump maybe heard, but no one has ever said it was too much. Please contact us if it becomes annoying to you, we try very hard to keep this place quiet!
If you book more than 2 guests you will automatically be charged an additional amount of $ 25 per night per person over 2 guests. Please do not book if this is not OK with you. An overnight visitor constitutes and extra fee. Contact me before you book for more info!

Additional guest accommodations details also under guest access info or inquire. You may Book for more than 29 days, However any stay beyond 29 days, due to tenancy laws in our state, will require signing a month to moth lease and a larger deposit with bi-monthly cleaning fees. Simply a formality to protect us both.
There is an additional En-suite available here at an additional cost to accomidate 2 more guests. Inquire, (Available end of August 2016).
More than 2 guests can be accommodated in this unit, but over 2 guests will be a $ 25 per night per person 2 years and up. Inquire before booking more than 2 guests. Please also understand if your additional person is a child that counts as a guest. Please do not book 2 if it is 3. (has happened)
NO Marijuana or other recreational drugs anywhere on the property, ever.
NO exceptions. If this rule is not respectfully kept you will be asked to leave and AirBNB may re-house you somewhere else or you may have to find other accommodations on your own and will not refund if this rule is broken.
Common sense and respectfulness will be given to your privacy and please respect ours as well, but we are people persons and enjoy interaction if you do. We will try to help you enjoy your stay any way we can and will try to remain available at all reasonable times. We love pets, but had to stop. I am so sorry to do this. Can make exceptions for service animals.
No cigarette smoking inside the unit outside is fine, please pick up your cigarette butts.
Again, We are NOT Marijuana friendly.
No more than those booked may use the space, but guests of guests are welcome to visit.
Unreasonable noise and loud music past 10 will be an issue. It is a very quite place.
Hand wash pots and pans you may use. Dishwasher for everything else.
Use detergent (free & Clear) in washer and refrain from bleach in anything since we are on a septic system.

My wife Lynn have been blessed to live in a great place for over 20 years. Together we raised 16 children, 5 of our own and 11 foster children to adulthood. We owned 40 horses and had 7 dogs through our time here. I was a home builder and vocationally a Master Carpenter I became a home builder and commercial contractor. Lynn a purchasing agent for 25 years. We have begun several other businesses over the years, Including Eternal Perspective Handbags, US Gerber Corp, Gerber Safe Company and The Master's Hands. Bill currently serves as a Director of RTCA (Race Track Chaplaincy of America) and is a Community Pastor and well as Executive director of The Master's Hands a non-profit. Lynn is the face of EP the handbag company, but Bill is in charge of manufacturing. Our products sell in luxury resorts in 26 states and 4 countries. Bill & Lynn have been locally recognized for their work in foster care and nationally recognized in Chrome Magazine for their work with people struggling with addiction and fatherlessness, homelessness as well as other issues and employ those who what a hand up not just a hand out. We are empty nesters now and had Lynn's Mother live with us for 12 years and has now passed. Hence, Airbnb! A beautiful space with all the amenities of the main house. Bill likes to tell people he loved his mother-in-law, he just didn't want to live across the hall from her, and she agreed! So he added on to accommodate her and all the kids we raised here. She reciprocated by putting together a book called "The house that Billy Built" So, now we are ready for you! We have our rules stated pretty clearly and love people we had to stop taking pets, which we adore.
