You will not have neighbors at the front (street and houses under construction), back (neighborhood garden) or on the side that overlooks Avenida Bicentenario. Only quiet neighbors at the west side of the house.

Behind the property there is a large neighborhood garden where you can walk or rest in one of the wooded areas.

Windows feature shuttle windows, protections, and mosquito nets.

There are additional blacksmith doors at the main entrance and exit to the patio, which provide security, allow the circulation of the wind and prevent the entry of aerial insects, thanks to which they also have mosquito nets.
