This small cabin is completely furnished. It has a sleeping loft with a queen size bed, so one requirement is the ability to CLIMB a 7 foot loft ladder. It also has a futon downstairs that sleeps 1, indoor bath with shower, frig, microwave, A/C, TV, WiFi. It is ideal for 2 average sized adults. Sorry not safe for young children or infants.

The space
Besides our beautiful 6 mile beach destination, The Park offers complete privacy and quiet seclusion. It is the only gated park in the State, and provides unparalleled security. You may leave your expensive toys out for your use..... boats, classic cars, whatever and rest assured that they are safe. If you are looking for rest and quiet relaxation, this is the best campsite in Morro Bay.

Guest access
This is a very spacious Park, and you will probably have the entire Park to the 2 of you. The cabin has its own brick patio with hammock, table and chairs, rack for canoe, surfboards, or kayak, and you also have complete access to the large central patio, that has fireplaces, lounges, table/chairs BBQs, and patio heater, etc.

Other things to note
We have a very strict NO PETS ALLOWED on The Beachhouse property. This helps to insure the cleanliness and quiet of The Park and seems to be appreciated by all as more and more people are sensitive or allergic to certain animals.

I'm a retired college teacher, and a native Californian. I have been fortunate enough to have lived and traveled all over the World. My favorite activities are hiking, climbing, fishing, surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, bike riding and camping to name a few. Morro Bay offers the opportunity to do all of these and more. Our 6 mile beach is only a stones throw out the door. The Beachhouse is one of the oldest properties and was built in 1952 I upgraded it to include a private cabin, and 2 R.V. sites with full hookups for friends and family to enjoy. Now they are open to the public on a first come basis, and continue to provide seclusion,privacy, and security.
