Newly renovated with quality furnishings the Pavilions Marina Apartment 104 is a modern, well-equipped property within the award winning Lighter Quay residential complex. Situated in the heart of the vibrant Wynyard Quarter Precinct of the Auckland Viaduct yet private and peaceful, overlooking a secluded internal marina with easy flat walking access to many cafes, eateries and bars.

The space
The apartment is equipped with all that you will need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Floor to ceiling doors open to a terrace overlooking the private internal marina perfect for that morning coffee or evening dining. A very comfortable lounge space with smart TV is ideal for those quiet days or relaxing evenings.

Guests of the Pavilions apartment will also enjoy access to a luxurious heated pool, spa and sauna. All located within the Lighter Quay complex.

There is also a well-equipped gym should you wish to partake in some holiday exercise.

The generous double bedrooms feature queen sized beds with quality cotton sheets and duvet covers. Both bedrooms open out onto a private terrace overlooking the apartment laneway an ideal spot to sit and read. The bedrooms are equipped with full size wardrobes with plenty of storage and hanging rails for clothing.

A modern well equipped full kitchen with stainless steel bench tops, custom cabinets and built in appliances provides an option to dine in. There’s a full-sized oven with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher in addition to quality cooking utensils, toaster, kettle, tea and coffee making facilities.

The apartment has two full bathrooms, one with shower and toilet whilst the ensuite bathroom is equipped with bath/shower and toilet. Both bathrooms feature full size mirrors, quality towels and luxury toiletries are included for your stay. Pool towels are also included.

A washer/dryer, iron & ironing board are also provided.
