Sherborn is a town with special character. Although close to major cities, our town offers a "get-away" feeling, quaint in character and friendly as well. The scenery is exquisite. The long winding roads are tree-lined offering a panorama of beautiful homes, farms, horses, llamas nearby, walking and biking trails tennis courts and a fresh water lake, one of the cleanest in Massachusetts.
The semi private full bathroom is next to your bedroom. You will be sharing it with our daughter. You will have access to the kitchen, living room, dining room and both bathrooms (up and down). We have a baby grand piano if you play!!
Interaction with guests
Our goal is to have you enjoy Boston and our surroundings. We respect your privacy but are available if you need anything. Feel free to join us when we are hanging out in the living room watching TV. We love meeting new people through Airbnb and welcome the opportunity to share our space and conversation with you. We offer suggestions if wanted on great sites to see while here in our wonderful city and town as well as specialty restaurants. We have lived in this area for over 20 years and know the good, bad and ugly. If you need anything at all just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Other things to note
We have a golden retriever
named Dorie, a wonderful rescue dog named Copley and a Ragdoll cat named Lucie. Lucie will keep to herself and doors are always closed so that animals do not enter your space unless you don't mind. If you are allergic to pets as such, this probably is not the place for you to book.
We love our home and expect you to respect it as if it were your own. Please no smokin/smokers as we have mostly wooden floors. Before inviting guests over please check in with us. We would love to welcome your children, as long as they are under your supervision.

I am passionate about travel and meeting new people. We've lived in France and love the language. I am a photographer as well as a teacher. I recently served on the board of a non-profit organization that takes care of Restavec children in Haiti and have traveled there several times.
My husband Bruce and I have been married for 34 years. Bruce works for a medical device company as a quality manager. We both love animals and have a dog, cat and horse. I spend time working in my perennial garden. We look forward to meeting you soon.
