MANDATORY RESORT FEES ADDITIONAL TO YOUR BOOKING PRICE: [paid to Arrowhead Lake, per person, per day]: Wristbands for amenities in-season May 24, 2024-September 2, 2024 ($8.50 per person, per day, $42.50 weekly), off-season ($2.00 per person, per day), are mandatory year-round for all guests over the age of 6; $20 registration fee & $20 vehicle fee (per vehicle) are required.
Ezer's Hideaway will make a payment on your behalf to the community and these fees must be charged to you before your arrival as the community requires them to be paid before your stay. Receipt of your payment will be shared with you upon request.
Please note, these are not our fees as the hosts, but fees the community requires all guests to pay to cover the costs associated with operating and maintaining all the great amenities and facilities.

THE HOUSE CAN ACCOMMODATE UP TO 16 GUESTS. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO HAVE MORE THAN 16 GUESTS IN TOTAL, YOU NEED TO NOTIFY THE HOST RIGHT AWAY TO SEE IF THAT IS POSSIBLE.
● Check-in (4 PM) and check-out (11 AM) times, allowing more time at the property
● Self-check-in with keyless entry - Access code will be sent out once the rental agreement is signed and will only work for the duration of your stay
● Driveway parking for up to 7 vehicles
● All vehicle information must be provided
● Please message us 5 days prior to check-in for any changes in the number of vehicles and/or guests. Last-minute changes are NOT allowed.
● Guest will have vehicle access to the community trash collection center, located at the main gate behind the welcome center
● Late check-out without our approval will be subject to a penalty of up to $600
Other things to note
Ezer's Hideaway requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload your government-issued ID and payment method in your account settings.
SECURITY CAMERAS:
● The property has 3 motion sense cameras for security purposes. They are on the home's exterior and in plain view without any view of the house's interior. No cameras are hidden. The camera in the backyard does not see the hot tub or the outdoor shower for your privacy.

● There is wildlife, such as bears and foxes present in the community. Please do not leave food and trash outdoors. Trash MUST be taken to the designated trash compactors located in the community (We can provide trash removal for an additional cost, ask us for details if interested)
