The entry into the cabin is easy with the code. You can pull your vehicle into the driveway by the door. Great large garden tub, full kitchen, screened porch with swing, large leather reading chair and lake are highlights. I never needed to turned on the TV but we did play board games. Highly enjoyable experience and the grocery store was on our way in from Lake Lure.

Alicia was wonderful to communicate with. She offered a late check out due to the eclipse. The cabin is very homey. Enjoyed the canoe and fire pit. The lake is quiet and relaxing. Great place to walk and hike the trails. Looking forward to our next visit.

Alicia's home is extremely comfortable and beautiful. Location is amazing! Bring rafts to float in the lake. House is fully loaded with everything! The beds are almost better than ours at home, which is saying a lot. We had a fabulous time and would go again!

Very comfortable and lovely home away from home. Top notch amenities including great bedding, linens etc. while having the outdoors right outside. Awesome porch and lake view with lovely dock and kayaks for easy use. Also walking trails right outside front door. We loved it and so did our dog!

It was so nice to arrive to a cabin that looked like it was waiting for us. Lights and lamps turned on, air was on. Real pumpkins on the back and front porch and other fall decoration accents were a very nice touch. Instructions about where to find keys and how to use fireplace, wifi, etc. was easily located and had accurate information. All of the equipment (kayaks, canoe, chairs, fire pit, dock) were in great condition- and we used them all!! TV in loft was perfect. Kitchen contained all that we needed and the grill worked beautifully! Comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms with nice linen and amenities. Easy to drive to Chimney Rock for the day.
