Located in a newly constructed building, our apartment offers both staircase and lift access. There is ample parking space available inside and around the building for those who choose to drive.

Living & Dining
Evara Hitec Escape features a spacious living and a 6 seater dining area perfect for families or groups. Enjoy your entertainment on a 55-inch smart TV and stay connected with our high-speed, reliable, free WiFi (100 Mbps). We understand the importance of a good internet connection.

Bedrooms
The apartment includes three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed. All bedrooms are furnished with bedding and linen, wardrobes in 2 rooms, and Air conditioners.

Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms in the apartment: one common bathroom and one attached to a bedroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with showers, western-style commodes, and running water throughout the day, with geysers for hot water.

Kitchen
Our fully functional kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, water purifier, pressure cooker, cooking utensils, cutlery, and crockery. You'll have everything you need to prepare and enjoy a great meal.

Utility
The utility area includes a washing machine, ironing table, and clothes drying stand for guest use.

Safety
The apartment is monitored by a 24x7 CCTV cameras in the exterior and interior. We also have a day and night watchman always available. Moreover, our caretakers are always available at the property.

Table Tennis
We have a mini ping pong table available, making the game even more interesting and enjoyable for everyone.
