Forget your worries in this NO SMOKING spacious and serene space for two. You can easily be walking in the sand and sea within minutes or choose to watch it all from a bird's eye view, taking in the beautiful landscape of the English Rivera.

The space
Gull's View / The Annex is a beautiful apartment that is spread over two floors, both with sea views.

It comprises of a ground floor bedroom with two single beds, a dinning room that leads onto a good sized kitchen, a shower room and a WC.

Take a walk upstairs and you are greeted by a study area with desk. Beyond the bifold doors you will find a comfortable front room where you can watch the tv or just take in the beautiful English Rivera.

Guest access
Please park on the road as the drive is not for use by guests.

Enter the wrought iron gates and continue to walk to the left of the building and down the steps on the side. Open the small wooden gate and to your right you will find the entrance to Gull's View / The Annexe. The key can be found in the key safe positioned next to the entrance. The code to the key safe will be sent to you on the morning of your arrival.
