Peacefull home where you will have a Comfortable Bedroom with 1 x Double Bed. Own bathroom with Electric shower. Access to shared area for tea, coffee ,water. Walking distance to Citywest Business Park. Luas is 10 minute walk which will take you to City Center in 45 minutes or to the Square Shopping center in 10 minutes. Citywest Shopping Center is a short stroll with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, Dunnes Stores etc. Several frequent buses service the area with bus stop at the door.

Quiet house in lovely neighbourhood.
The Citywest Business Park is a short 10 min stroll. Well serviced with bus and Luas (light rail), which can take you into the city center in 40 minutes. The Citywest Shopping center is 10 minute walk with several coffee shops, restaurants, bank, pharmacy, EV charging points etc. Lovely walks with a neighbourhood park and lake to enjoy.
