Guest access
On your way, you'll pass through a charming Malay Kampung. The property entrance might be a bit tricky to find, so please follow the video instructions we’ve provided for a smooth arrival.
Other things to note
- We would like to request guests to be considerate not to disturb the neighbourhood. Outdoor access to the pool area will be allowed at night, but no outside speakers / DJ will be permitted. Any noise generating activities will need to shift indoors after 11 midnight.
- Please noted that RM1000 security deposit will be collect before arrival date, will return in 3-5 working days if follow house rules and nothing was damage.
- Strictly no smoking inside the house. If find out got cigarette butt simply throw at compound will get charged. (RM500 will be charged if found out)
- There is designated smoking area with ashtray outside the house.
- There will be a caretaker of the property staying beside the car parking area, so feel free to look for him if you need any assistance.
- There is few security camera sat at the gate entrance, along the corridors and swimming pool. Please be ensure there is no cameras at all inside the house.
- Car porch can park approximately around 6-8 cars. If you have more cars, please park outside the kampung areas so you will not obstructing any traffic of the neighborhood. CAR POOL IS STRONGLY SUGGESTED.
- There will be a caretaker in this property. Therefore please expect there would be interference of them if there is still loud noise after 11 pm. (especially outdoor)
- You will drive through a small entrance and road to the car porch area, therefore big car such as lorry and bus is not able to access.
- Our bed ready set up for 30 pax
- Host are holding the right to charge penalty if guests against house rules.
- Cleaning charges are applicable to cover the costs of the usual cleaning and sanitisation. Soiling, vomiting, and damage to bedspreads will incur additional cleaning charges which shall be deducted from the deposit. Contamination of the pool water or throwing any unnecessary items into the pool will also be fined. (Charges starting from RM200)
- Full deposit will be forfeited if found out there is any illegal activity conducted (such as drug and prostitution)
- There is one bathroom without hot water. Which is the bathroom behind the hall.
- The villa is surrounded by trees so there will be mosquitoes especially evening time, please do prepare repellent spray for own comfort.
- Warning. There will be bats in the tree. They are not harmful, as they have existed there for very long time.
- Please remove all the decors when check out, any left over will be charged additional RM 300 for cleaning.
Disclaimer:
- The swimming pool is deep and the dept can reach 6-7 feets. Please be very careful and cautious.
- Parents/Guardians are advised to accompany and supervise the children when they are using the pool
- We shall not be responsible for any accident or injuries sustained or any misdemeanour arising out of the use of swimming pool.
- In case there is any injuries happen, basic first aid kit is provided at the bar area.
