One of a kind building in Traverse City! This modern spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers a unique experience with rooftop hot tubs. Both bedrooms have King size beds and there is a queen pull out sofa in the living room. 1/4 mile to East Bay Beach Park and close to the base of Mission Peninsula which is home to 10 wineries, hiking trails and unbeatable views of both bays. Just a short drive to downtown Traverse City to indulge in the local culinary delight!

The space
Easily walk to the beach at East Bay Park which is about 1/4 mile away. Take a short drive up Mission or Leelanau Peninsula to enjoy the hiking and biking trails or explore the Sleeping Bear National Shoreline and Sand dunes. Take some time to enjoy the wineries, breweries and cider houses that the area has to offer. Front street is home to many great coffee shops, local restaurants and nightlife.

My husband Jessie and I moved to Traverse City in 2006. We have a daughter who keeps us on our toes. We are so excited to share northern Michigan with you and help you explore the beautiful area we call home. We love to go boating, camping, and skiing. We enjoy exploring new areas but our favorite places to travel are Mackinaw Island and the Caribbean! Traverse City used to be one of our favorite places to visit, so we moved here in 2006.
