Hi Caprea, thanks for the feedback but I think its a bit unfair. Celia and I were out of the country and we were in constant communication through (Hidden by Airbnb) to help you with all the questions about the flat, the area, transport, where to eat, what to visit, etc. We quickly told you where the fuse board was. However, although we really do everything we can to help guests if anything does go wrong we do not provide a 24h hotel service. We are always available on our mobile phones but we never received a call from you so we assumed you had solved the problem once we told you where the fuse box was. Apart from this small inconvenience I hope you had a great time!
