King-size bed with adjustable electric base, 50-inch Smart TV, 1 nightstand, ceiling fan, black out curtains, office desk with chair. The walk-in Closet is stocked with extra linens, bath towels, clothing hangers, clothing iron and ironing board.

The En-suite bathroom has a bathtub and shower and stocked with bath towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Queen-size bed, ceiling fan, black out curtains, and 1 nightstand. The Closet is stocked with clothing hangers

One numbered and designated covered parking space for your vehicle. Additional guest parking available in non-covered, non-designated spots.

During your stay, you’ll have full access to everything inside the home. The only exception is one backup closet 🚪, which will remain locked.

Our condo is part of a family-oriented community, with wonderful neighbors living above, across, and beside us. Out of courtesy and respect, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum. 🎶 Due to HOA bylaws and City of San Antonio ordinances, parties and loud music are not allowed. Thank you for helping us maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

🛠️ Maintenance & Cleaning:
Our cleaning and maintenance crew work hard to keep everything in top shape for you. If anything, unexpected comes up during your stay, please let us know right away — we’ll do our best to address it quickly.

🐞 Pest Control:
Our condo is professionally treated on a regular basis, so you may occasionally notice nature doing its thing. Don’t worry — our treatments create a barrier, and any critters that wander in won’t last long. If you need assistance, we’re happy to send maintenance.
