Common Shared Area on first floor and backyard:
The first floor features a cozy living room with a high ceiling, two inviting dining areas, and a well-equipped kitchen with coffee amenities. Feel free to cook using the dishes, pots, and utensils from the “For Guests” cabinets, but please avoid cooking strong-smelling dishes and remember to clean up afterward.
The first and second shelves in both the refrigerator and freezer are reserved for your use. You are also welcome to use our laundry room, which includes a washer, dryer, detergent, and ironing essentials.

Guest access
Private room with a shared bathroom. Guests are also welcome to use the living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room (with detergent), and backyard. However, the garage and closets in the common areas on the first floor are not accessible to guests.

Check-in Time: 4 PM - 10 PM
Access: On your check-in date, you'll receive the passcodes for both the front door and your room at 4 PM.
(Late Check in after 10 PM, please let me know in advance. I'll do my best to be reachable with a smooth late check-in.)

During Your Stay:
Feel free to come and go as you please at anytime. Kindly keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

My kind and helpful parents live in the master bedroom. I don’t live in the house. Although their English is limited, they’re happy to use a phone translator to communicate if you like. I’m always a message away for any needs, requests, or questions.
